Ericht Planning & Property Consultants (EPPC) provides a broad range of Planning Consultancy services and we have over 20 years’ professional experience gained within the private, public and third sectors in Scotland. EPPC provides bespoke services to a wide variety of Clients with small to medium scale residential and commercial development projects in rural and urban settings. We represent Clients from the agricultural and rural estates sector as well as from commercial, professional and residential backgrounds.
Ericht’s two offices in the Scottish Borders and Argyll & Bute allow us to readily offer planning consultancy services in southern, central and western Scotland but we are pleased to work more broadly throughout Scotland.

Kate is a Chartered Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Royal Town Planning Institute. The company is regulated by the RICS.
Kate is a Chartered Town Planner and Chartered Rural Surveyor with over 20 years’ experience in planning, land agency and rural surveying having worked for nationally recognised firms of Chartered Surveyors and the Forestry Commission, prior to furthering her planning and development career with Housing Associations and Edinburgh-based property developers and planning consultants. Kate established Ericht Planning & Property Consultants in 2008.
Kate prides herself in her level of commitment to Clients and their projects and offers a highly professional, yet uniquely personal, approach in seeking to achieve Clients’ ambitions, with a high degree of attention to detail.
